2. SALES POLICY
2.1 As stated on our website, are pies are only available to be ordered for delivery in England and Wales and can be collected from The Royal Oak in Burford. If you order from outside of these areas, you will be subject to a £1.00 transaction fee, we will then refund the remaining balance of your order and it will not be fulfilled.
2.2 Once an order has been made for delivery within the listed areas, it is a contractual offer which is accepted by us and we will send an email to confirm our acceptance of the purchase (order confirmation).
2.3 We make every effort to ensure the photography and descriptions of our pies are a real representation of the pie you are to expect, however as these are handmade, each pie may vary slightly from the pie shown on our website. Each pie you purchase is for one pie only, and not for anything else that may be seen in the photographs.
2.4 Although we make all pies to order, occasionally if orders get quite high we may not be able to fulfil your order to the delivery date expected (see below). Where possible we will update the information on our website to reflect this, but we cannot be responsible for orders that take place prior to us being able to do so.
2.5 All pricing information on our website is correct at the time of going online. The Cotswold Pie co reserves the right to update these prices, and change or remove special offers over time.
