about our AWARD Winning pies

At our award pie company, you may not be surprised to know that we love pie and they’re award winning to. Each new flavour is as important as our first. We have developed and perfected the recipes to make sure that each bite is filled with flavour, right to the very last crumb.

With over twenty years of pub experience between us, we know what is important to you and what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to creating a good pie. We like to think we’ve gone way beyond a ‘good’ pie and we hope you think so too!

our ingredients

We pride ourselves on using the best quality and most delicious ingredients to create every single pie. All our meat is sourced from British farms. Where possible we do our best to source locally. For example you can find the Cotswold ‘Nduja in our chicken pies and the flour that goes into our pastry is sourced just down the road from Matthews Cotswold Flour in Shipton under Wychwood.
