Our Story

Welcome to The Cotswold Pie Co!

Although we’ve only recently set up shop, the pies have been in the works for many years. Now we’ve perfected the recipes, and eaten a fair number of them ourselves, we’re ready to share them with you.

We’re a small, family-run company in the Cotswolds, with over twenty years of pub experience between us. Harry is the clever chef who has brought all these tasty flavours together to make it so delicious, and Chelsea is the brain who keeps it all organised and makes it work like magic.

None of it would be possible without our little chief taste testers; Lola who loves the pies because they’re delicious and make her “super, super, super happy”; and Harley, who says they’re “muuummy” (aka yuuummy) while bouncing up and down.
